1. LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranties provided herein do NOT apply to any unit where failure or damage is caused, in whole or in part, by any of the following:

• Contamination & Installation: Failure to replace or professionally flush all external cooling systems, lines, and thermal bypass valves.

• Improper Maintenance: Use of incorrect fluid types, contaminated fluid, or operation with fluid levels below the manufacturer’s specified minimum.

• Software & Calibration: Failure to perform required TCM (Transmission Control Module) programming, "Fast Learn" procedures, or adaptive reset protocols upon installation.

• Unauthorized Alterations: Any disassembly, inspection, or "teardown" of the unit performed by a third party without prior written authorization from Dynamic Driveline Solutions LLC.

• External Mechanical Issues: Damage resulting from faulty peripheral components, including but not limited to: defective radiators, cracked flexplates, engine misfires, or faulty wiring harnesses.

2. PERFORMANCE & COMPETITION SPECIFIC VOIDANCE

For units designated as "Performance," "Race," or "Off-Road," the warranty is immediately null and void if:

• The vehicle exceeds the horsepower (HP) or torque rating specified for the unit at the time of purchase.

• There is evidence of heat-related "blueing" of internal components or breakage caused by excessive shock-loading or "neutral drops".

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Driveline Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, towing fees, vehicle rentals, commercial loss, or shop storage fees. Our sole liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the unit itself.

4. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
